By scheduling services with The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM, you will be agreeing to the forthcoming terms and conditions, and allowing authorization to charge your credit card:
The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM Promises to Provide the Highest Quality Service by:
Providing a level of perfections as we clean-cleaning service that is licensed, bonded and insured.
Providing Guarantee 100% Satisfaction. Should you become dissatisfied with a portion of our cleaning, please do inform us within 24 hours and a cleaning tech will be notified and thus will be navigated back to your Residential or Commercial area.
Our technicians must be allowed to come back within 48 business hours from the original cleaning.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any cash refunds or discounts for poor quality on the original bill in place of a redo.
In Order to Provide You with the Great Possible Service; Please Make Sure Your Residential or Commercial area is accessible for the techs by the following:
By providing the necessary door code, or code lockbox or area keys, if we are not able to have the proper access to your Residential & Commercial area- agree fee will still be charged (see lockout policy below).
Alarm systems should be turn off. However, we know that issues do happen- that security measures will need to be- in place at all times.
We would need access to do our cleaning, should you choose to leave the alarm on, we are always careful to disarm and rearm the alarm according to your instructions. However, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system, including charges from a local police department or security-company or other charges related to an activated alarm. No exceptions.
Furthermore, you must agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM from all liability based upon any failure of the alarm, or instructions are not given to the techs properly to disarm or arm the alarm as it should be.
Allow for full access to the Residential & Commercial Our technicians do their work in a descent order to ensure efficiency and perfection. If there are other areas of cleaning beside of initial contract stipulations-we will have to decide on additional rates.
Why? Because it takes more time out of our schedule to complete other locations that we are committed to, and agree to a certain time with them. We will be glad to offer more service time if you needed. Time is of the essence, so you must call ahead of your cleaning so we can schedule the additional time. Any additional time over the agree time will be charged at our current hourly rate of increments, of twenty minutes.
Have your Residential & Commercial area picked up and ready to be Hourly charges may be incurred if cleaning technicians require more time if your Residential & Commercial area is not ready to be cleaned or if a job is underestimated due to the condition of the Residential & Commercial area. Example; construction within a building, and techs could not access the bathroom, breakroom, office space or agree areas to clean –tech are not held responsible- and agree charge will still be charged.
Our techs are not equipped to control pest, but can refer you to a pest tech. Also, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage. If our staff does not feel safe in your Residential & Commercial area or environment they will leave or we will remove them.
PLEASE TAKE IN CONSIDERATION:
If we are not able to clean the entire space due to the above conditions, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning.
Customer Evaluations
Customer feedback will be highly appreciated- it will help us offer the highest quality of service to all of our clients. Customer Evaluations surveys are sent after each cleaning- avenues by way of email or text. Our standard fill out documentation is left behind as well, should the client choose to mail in, and customers are always welcome to call our office at (470) 885-4574 with feedback about your service.

Ø RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND LOCKOUT POLICY
We require at least 48 hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.
If you decided to cancel within less than 48 hours-notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will still be charged with the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions with all due respect. Remember time is of the essence- the notice enables us to schedule another Residential or Commercial area in your place to ensure our employee’s schedules of full work respectfully.
Emergencies or illnesses may be made with Exceptions. Frequent cancellations, even for emergency or illness, may still be charged the cancellation fee. The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM will have the right to make these determinations on a case by case analysis.
If rescheduling or cancellation should causes more than two weeks to elapse between cleanings, the following cleaning will be charged at our- agree current hourly rate.
Our cleaning hours are set from parties of agreements. If for any reason our staff is SENT AWAY or LOCKED OUT from your Residential or Commercial between our- agree hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your typical cleaning rate.
We will make every effort to work within the time frame you requested, but ask not to be sent away during our working hours of agreement.
For all company initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, we will make every attempt to reschedule as close to your regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.
Ø POLICY OF DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE
If we are asked to clean inside of china cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques or collections, or to use your equipment (e.g. vacuum), you agree to hold harmless or release from liability The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM. And, any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.
Every effort will be made to not break any item. However, we know accidents do happen. In light that, we do have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Replacement Identical will be attempted but cannot guarantee. It is for this reason that we try our best, to avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items.
Damage of any item-must be reported to our office staff by phone or email within 2 business days of service The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM may not be held liable.
The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.

To ensure your satisfaction, The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM with all due respect-have the option to reevaluate currency rates at any time.
In the event you request changes to your service after receiving your original estimate, additional charges will be billed or a new estimate may be required.
Due to exposed liability, we cannot care for pets, plants, or children. Please do have all pets put up and secured in a location that doesn’t cause any harm to our techs.
Ø Payment Options and Policies
CHECK, CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD and BANK TRANSFERS are all acceptable forms of payment. All client must have an initials form of payment card on file due to insufficient checks and thus allow us to process our payments from the client and should the check becomes valid we will reverse transaction on our end.
A $50 service charge will be added to all Non-Sufficient Funds
If a check is not received on the day of the cleaning your credit card will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS
Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service charge of $30 or 15% interest whichever is greater.
We offer many ways to pay for our service.
Cash should be put in sealed envelopes addressed to the office, and we should be notified that cash had been mailed.
Verbal agreement for our service indicated acceptance of Service Agreement and permission to charge credit card.
Our initial cleanings require pre-authorization based on the estimated time and currently hourly rates. Our basic hold on a card will be $400-$750. As a result, a few cleanings will have larger holds based on time booked.
Cash App/ Zelle or direct deposit setup to the account of the time of services-weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Ø PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER WORK
We are inclined to take before photos and after photos of our work. This will serve for many purposes-The following pictures are used for training, performance- proof of work as well as promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your Residential or Commercial place- please notify us when you schedule your cleaning, or before agreement is sign.
Ø NON-SOLICITATION OF The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM EMPLOYEES
As a result, of entering into an agreement for services, with The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM, you do agree not to solicit for hire any of our staff members whom is introduced to you by The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM for any Residential or Commercial ‐related services. We proud ourselves to spend over and beyond training, which is a lot of time, money and resources-finding, interviewing, checking references and backgrounds, for each of our cleaners. All cleaning technician signs an agreement prohibiting them from performing any Residential or Commercial‐related service for any of our past or present customers. In light of that, should you would like to employ a staff member directly from The Essence of Perfection Cleaning TM please do reach out to the owner to discuss further proceedings. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff please be- advised that our referral and training fee sum up to $4,000 per hired employee. We consider our employees our most perfection-asset and will charge respectfully!
